we recently moved our offices, and now we are having an issue with inbound calls getting a busy when they should not.

we are running axxess 4.4 with a T1 with channels 1 through 12 in one trunk group and channels 13 through 24 in another trunk group

calls to both trunk groups will get a busy signal.

global crossing is showing the calls hitting our pbx but then drops because they are not being answered?

any ideas? how where to look to help narrow down the problem? or any further info you need to help track it down, please ask, and I will try and get it to you

thanks

Can you call out? What are the channels programmed to be (LS or E&M) and does it match the new circuit?

the trunks are E&M 4 digit DNIS. D4 AMI

I can make outbound calls, and do not seem to run into any busy trunks.

the only difference between the new circuit and old is now i have first 12 channels in a seperate trunk group .

9201 is local pots
9202 is second trunk group trunks 1- 12
9203 is currently empty
9204 is the trunk group for our main office lines trunks 13 - 14

could it be because Tg 9203 is empty? but I still get busy trunks on 9202 as well....

this has me a bit puzzled at the moment..

could it be a bad T1 card?
