I tried to research this before asking, but I am findiong very little on DB studio and the Intertel Manual I have is really not much help. I show an extension in devices and the phone extension is good on a programming side. How in the heck do I add a VM box for an extension? Reading the manual and working in the DB studio, the VM box grabs its info from the system, however I am not able to figure out how to add a VM box on an existing extension.
Any help would be great.

What version is your system? Is it an Axxess, Encore, 5000?

Go to VoiceProcessor/Devices/Mailboxes Right click on the right pane and select add associated mailbox. You will then be allowed to select the device type that the device will associate with then the actual device. If the device is not listed, that means that there is an Extension ID already created. You will need to delete it first under VoiceProcessor/Devices/ExtensionIDs
