How do I set up a Virtual Mailbox? I want the call to come in from the outside and ring directly to a mailbox. We have an Axxess system.

create a CRA that times out to the mailbox. Config the CRA so that it has no greetings assigned day or night. Point your DID to that CRA. That is all there is to it. Virtual MBs are referred to as unassociated mailboxes in the Inter-tel world.
