Even though I lower the volume on the headset and the speaker to 00, it's still not low as it should be. This is either CO line or intercom. I poked around in Nation Specific and changed some setting on things I didn't know what they were, I couldn't fix it. Any thoughts? Oh, and that's all phones.

Word to the wise, don't arbitrarily change settings in nation specific. It is too easy to mess something up. In your case you need to adjust the DTIB to ACOB setting and possibly the DTI-Spk to ACOB as well. (I assume your customer has analog trunks?). I find it easier to use the pc admin to do this as opposed to using a phone. The settings do not take effect until after a system reset...time to hit the little button!

Thank you for the reply. I don't know about wise. My wife sure does't think that. But I did snap shot the initial settings and change them back. However I didn't do any resets. I will try your suggestion and thanks again.
