Replaced DSU II after lightning strike. Integration is working. I get the VMail soft key and it prompts me for my sec code, but I don't get the softkeys after that for delete, save etc. Also, I don't get the msg count. Visual Voice mail is enabled in the DSU II. What am I missing??

I'll bet the integration isn't working. ON a DSU when you turn on serial integration it will show vmail in the display with nothing hooked up. You're going to have to make sure about the right COM ports, baud rates, serial cable and connector integrity, and most important that you have the right ports in the right order ID'd in the vm.cfg.
