Have a guy who called us 2 months ago to do a new power transformer on a TalkPath, he bought out a former customer of ours and took over an XTSc with TalpPath. Cant get paid, cant get him to take my calls. Need a way to get his "attention". I know I have heard that you can "park" the vm via remote admin over the phone. Does anyone know if this totally disables the vm and does it take a site visit to unpark it? Thanks
