Need help with getting the fitness room phone to become a hotline phone to the attendant console. I have not worked on a mitel this old. I have a lot of Avaya experience and some mitel sx 200.

You will need a programming template for the console for programming.

You will also need a Generic programming manual for the Generic in the switch. The best advice I can give you is to contact a local Mitel dealer in your area. This is a very simple programming change, but you can cause a lot of damage if you don't do it properly. The older analog Mitels are programmed from the console and having a template is handy.
