Please, I need information about this integration. Here in Brazil, we know that in the USA, the NEC approved with Micros, but I doubt if we will use RS232 (DB9 side OPERA with N24) serial or IP (RJ45 side OPERA with FIAS) interface. I need to know how to pinout for the serial cable (RJ11 x DB9).
system: SV8300 Hospitality with:
- Integration PMS - SV8300 x OPERA (ok) - Integration - UM8000 x OPERA (not ok)
Best regards

You can't just pin out DB-9 to RJ-45. It's a different protocol. The pinout for DB-9 is 2=receive, 3=send, 5=ground. The cable needs to have exactly one place where pins 2 and 3 change over so that each end has receive => Send and Send => Receive. To convert RS-232 to IP, you can use this: https://www.precidia.com/device-networking/device-networking-products/

"RJ45".
Don't get me started on this subject again.
