Hi Everyone!
I'm a business owner trying to get some help figuring out our phone system. I've identified the main system as being a Panasonic 8EXT Digital Super Hybrid System.
The problem I'm having is that only certain phones (extensions) are able to dial out beyond a few local area codes. This makes it really hard for my salespeople to call non-local prospects.
I tried looking up some programming manuals online but it's all gibberish to me. Was hoping someone here could hopefully offer some guidance.
Thanks so much!

MA (pop 6,711,000+) is a fairly large state, but there are Panasonic dealers located there. (hi Shawn!).
The problem is that you don't have an 8EXT phone system. That is an expansion card for 8 extensions. While this is not the forum for end user installation help, as toll restriction is in the installer's manual, a fairly bright individual should be able to find what system the 8ext goes with and then find a manual for same.

As Carl put it, finding a local Panasonic dealer/Tech would be the ideal thing to do. If there are no dealers in your location you could find some online programmers at an affordable cost.
Best option is find a local dealer first.
Will save you time.
