We are installing an officeserv 7200 and want to program 'station call pickup' which means that when you want to pickup a call to another station.
Does anybody know how to install/activate this function?

What you need to do is decide what extns to be picked up by which group in default there all in group 1 ,if using key phones you can have a pickup key
Or you could use pickup code I prefer changing my group to star to pick up calls its easy unless your using account codes as you need star then

We allready use this function, but we can not overtake just one station. for example my partner on the other side of the room is not able to answer, but I hear his station. I want to take over just this station without bothering other ringing stations.

The pickup code is 65. So you can use 65+ext number or 65 and press the flashing button of the phone that you want to pickup if you have a ds button for that person.

Sounds like maybe you are using a group pick up and not an individual station.
