The OS 100, the OS 500 and even the compact systems would allow you to use the headset button to toggle between the headset and speaker on a digital phone ( without a lifter ).
The newer 7000 series systems seem to have lost this ability.
Any solutions ???

The only difference I've found is that the os7000 can't toggle between headset and handset whilst on a call via the headset key,which you used to be able to-do on the older systems

I now have to tell a customer he has to get a lifter when he never needed one before.
