I have a customer who wants to be able to put more than one greeting in the instruction box 001. I dont think this is possible but want to make sure. Box 002 is for night and 003 is this for holidays. They dont want to have to go in and re-record the greetings all the time.

Please expound on what you want to happen and when.

Set up a schedule.

Make greetings ahead of time and upload via ADMIN, takes a few seconds and can be done remote.

He wants to be able to make more than one greeting in the main day greeting box 001. He wants to be able to choose which one he wants to use without having to go back into the instruction box 001 and re-record another greeting.

In the instruction greeting boxes are there only 001-003? Or can we add 004 and so on?

You can have much more. Go to NTAC site, look at videos and check manual.
Set up a mode for each greeting and name them, put a mode button on a phone. Pick your mode, greeting for that mode plays.

I think voice mail could have several greetings, and you could choose current greeting.

That's what MODES are.

Each instruction box can have only 1 greeting.

Your talking about Subscriber Mailbox. There you can have 3 Greetings.

sorry, I misunderstand the topic.
when you schedule, do you mean 47-11 and 47-12, the answer schedule for answer table?

Set up Modes:

Day 1, day2 , lunch, break, bad weather mode,Obama mode, dog ate the boss mode, etc, etc.
Then put modes on a schedule.
Or modes can be manual, which is what it sounds like they want.
Put Mode button on phone, each time you press button Mode changes, (if set to Toggle)

All of this is in cheat sheets and video on NTAC site.
