I have an Inter-tel non-display phone that will not work with Reverse Transfer. When I press the infinity key and 4, the phone starts beeping and will not accept the pickup extenstion number. Do I have to program this phone to be able to accept reverse transfer calls?

Check the keymap, maybe the SPCL key isnt where you think it is.
