We replaced a card that was a bad CO card in SLOT 1 and all the phones came up with the following
DND
Call Forward to none
DISA Alarm
and absence
We were able to clear all of them except Absence?
Any idea guys?
We can call station to station after we assigned them extension numbers but no Speaker and no Dialtone VIA the handset, but I can call station to station.

I should of clarified, there was a CO Card in the system in slot 1 (Universal Slot) and they went to a PRI, we put a Digital 8 port card in place of it and at first it came up with just "Contact Alarm" We Featured 57 and put the passcode in and it cleared it, Then all 8 ports said, Call Forward to None, pu the code in for that and it cleared, then it said DND, we cleared that one, now it has the Extension number in the left of the screen and Absence EG: (232: Absence!) Again on all 8 ports
Very Bizare, I looked up Absence Presence on newer Systems but this is a ol OfficeServ100.
Does not show date and time, just extension number and absence and in programing it shows the correct phone model.

Sounds like you didn't 806 the slot after changing card types.

Give ABS a value in features and then use that value followed by ext number to clear the ABSENCE.
Hope it works
