Have Axxess 9.101b in the US. Have IP phones overseas. I have IP Phone Plus (4500's) and 8662's. The 8662's connect to an IPRC with 1.2.3 an 9.0.0. The connection is MPLS. If the 8662's have ARS for outgoing then the phone reset's. Get timed out error. If the 8662's have a TG for outgoing then the phone is fine. The 8662's have been upgraded twice. They currently run 2.2.0 I've tried extending the Call Control Timeout to 60 sec with no change.

I was wondering if anyone has any idea's or if anyone has had a simular experience. If I left any details out let me know.

Thanks in Advance!

Mark

I don't have an answer, but I do have documentation that may help. PM me with your email address and I'll send a copy of the IP Device Manual.

I have never ran up against that one. I cannot see how ARS usage would cause the phones to reset, so that is a new one on me. Are there any errors that show up in message print when the phone resets?

This is all we get. It must be that using ARS is sending more data back and forth because the system is looking at the dialed digits and then deciding which TG to send the call out. It's a strange one. That's why I thought I would throw it out here and see if any of you guys had any ideas.

There was software fix dealing with ARS clicking, starting with Axxess version 9.101c. May be worth the time to upgrade the Axxess system.
