I have a ivp8 connected to a cix 100. i have created a pilot dn that forwards to voice mail. the reason for the pilot is a department mailbox with single digit options for people in that particular dept. greeting states for admin press 3 then another recording in the mailbox press 1 for sara 2 for joe etc.
all is working but is there a way to remove the canned "please hold while i try that extension" after pressing 3 and waiting for options greeting to play.

If you need to transfer to the the ext associated with the 3 option put @F-XXX in the ext field of that user ID, If you don't need to transfer to it just turn on DND in the user field.
XXX= ext number.
