Has anyone had any bad hook switches lately ? i just sent back 7 phone because of this...just wondering if anyone else is having an issue /

The plastic is milled too close to the button. I found that a bit of silicon spray takes care of that and the button will come up the way it should. To answer your question...I have had this problem once or twice before.

Yes this has been a constant problem for me. On both the sbx phones and edge 700

I had to send back 8 phones out of 35. I also just got another one that i have to send back too
