Hello
I'm trying to retrieve PRI key codes from a MICS 6.1 I'm using NRU 11 and pulling data into the Excel spread sheets that comes with the NRU 11. It seems it dose work as I can see the system ID did transfer in but the PRI Code fields are still empty. Can this even be done? What am I doing wrong?

As far as I know - you can only retrieve the PRI key code from the Avaya web site. You need access to the site and the System ID.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

I may be off base here but I think he is asking if a system with PRI installed can show the PRI enabler code through NRU. Been a long while but I thought LOCALLY you could go through programming and display the enabler code. Has it been that long and my memory has faded?

No - not off base.
That is what I thought he was asking. And my answer is the same.
If you can get it through NRU - please let me know.

Sorry - my answer is still the same: As far as I know - you can only retrieve the PRI key code from the Avaya web site. You need access to the site and the System ID.
I have never found a way so far.
And let me add this: You can get it from Avaya ONLY IF it was a proper Auth code and it was properly registered.

Do you have to be a dealer because I'm not. Is it free?

NTlayoff is correct.
You cannot view keycodes on Norstar KSU's.
You need to be an Authorized dealer to turn an Authorization Code into a Key code or to use the Keycode Retrieval System to see the current one in use or to generate a new one because your system ID changed when you did a STARTUP or from other issues.

It has been a while...I seemed to remember a portion of programming called software keys and was probably confusing that with what you can input vs. what will display.
