Hello,
We are running a old Samsung Prostar 56EX with Starmail Version 14.25 Disk 3.1

It appears someone is calling in on our 800# late at night and then is able to make lengthy outbound calls that we are being charged for.

I attempted to change some settings to prevent this...
and I noticed I am now missing programming functions on the Starmail / Function 330 (Change Admin password) is gone and Function 335 (Programming password) is gone as well

We are upgrading to a new phone system in 6 months when we move to a new building..
Any suggestions are appreciated
Thanks in advance
Bob

Don't know much about starmail but a few things I would set

delete mailboxes not used

make v/mail extns in cos of service to not be able to dial out
