We have an Axxess 8.1 setup to ring to a hunt group and then if nobody answers I would like to forward it directly to a voicemail box. How do I do this the easiest way?

Create a CRA (Call Routing Announcement) in the Voicemail. Remove the Day/Night greeting from the CRA. In the Digit Translation, leave everything Invalid, make the Timeout the mailbox.
Go to the Hunt Group, set the recall to be your newly created CRA. Adjust your recall timer to reflect the amount of time you want it to ring.
