I have a new customer who has a vmp-x voicemail in their IPK telephone system. The voicemail card is connected to the customers network. They got a new IT person who can not tell me what the IP address is for the voicemail card. I cant get into the voicemail dont have the user name or password. The default does not work. Can I have NEC somehow get into it or can I have the customer purchase another vmp-x board and I'll put their flash card in it. If I do this will the network port on the new card be defaulted so I can go in with necs default user name and password?

You can log into the Elite LX with a serial cable and get the IP info from the config menu.

They do not know the user name or password. I tried this already with the default user name and password
