All of a sudden my voicemail password is not working I looked in the manual but I could not find any help. Anyone know how to reset the voicemail password without knowing the current password. I am the business owner.

In voicemail administration, edit subscribers and follow the instruction to reset the password.
You probably have a worse problem that you will need a tech for though, most likely toll fraud. I would call your phone company to see if there are any long distance or international charges on your account.
