Hello Yall,
One of my clients has a Win Communications 440CT VOIP system. The MoH is playing silence. My questions:
1- Does this system have an RCA MoH port?
2- What is the MoH port labeled on the phone system?
3- is any programming is needed to activate the MoH feature?

depending on the model it would be either an RCA or an RJ45 (center pins).
no programming needed. should be labeled MOH.
