Hi All !!
I am using a TD7896 wireless phone with the TDA-50. Currently, when I press the talk button I hear the system's dial tone and can enter extension number to call. What I would like to do is program the phone so when I press talk, it will pick-up the CO #1 line and I can just dial an outside phone number. Does anybody know how to do this ?

This can be done in system programming or user programming. In user, it's program # 19. Set outside dial tone preference to F-01. In system programming you would change your trunk group to hunt from top-bottom, then set that extension's idle line preference to Idle.
