Hi All, I have a problem with installing standalone Mitel CSM. Downloaded the latest version 6.1.0.10 from Mitel and started the install. Used 'run as administrator' as per the instructions on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and get an error saying 'You are attempting to install on a platform that is unsupported' the install is then stopped. Since the platform is supported, what is happening and can I get around it? I never did the course as Ihave been installing this for a good 10 years, so Mitel won't talk to me.
Thanks

Did get the answer in the end. The customer had suplied a Virtual server on a Hyper-V platform, but not told me it was virtual (I was installing remotely). Mitel detect and reject virtual platforms. If it had been VMware I could have added the virtualisation license and got away with it.
