System running v4.53b
Calls coming in on SIP lines not originating from SIP provider.
Is there a MMC that stops unwanted calls?

Upgrade the software to at least 4.75 and in 5.2.12 Comm Exclusive set it to NO RESPONSE. I can't remember what version they added it in but 4.6+ had a lot of sip bugs so skip right to 4.75 or 4.8 that is out right now.
