Hmm, it says IP Resource Card (IPRC) at the top right - so I'm assuming IPRC?

There's currently 3 IP phones:

Circuit 1: Something is assigned in the DB, but not in the IPRC. Says they've always had trouble with Circuit 1, and never used it. (Older, unplugged, non-used phone assigned)
Circuit 2: Working Phone
Circuit 3: Working Phone
Circuit 4: Working Phone
Circuit 5: Phone I'm adding

To add a bit to this - plugging the phone in a switch outside the firewall, obtaining a public IP address for the phone, yields a different result.

The phone boots up, but I get incompatible IPRC code at [IPRC card] - contact admin. Also, if I look in circuits on the IPRC configuration, the circuit this phone is on (5) doesn't show a device IP address, even though it's configured under network and shows on boot up. So it's almost like the phone is never making contact with the IPRC card.

The boot code on the phone is 8.1.0, version 1.2.2 on the IPRC card, with boot version 1.2.3 (on the IPRC card as well).

Maybe that sheds more light on it?

You need to downgrade the code on the phone. It is a fairly simple process but if you haven't done it before I suggest you send it back to where you got it and request one with the appropriate firmware on it.
