Can keys be programmed on the 8520 phones to see who is on a call at a certain time. (The light is lit when they are on a call.)
Also how do you program a phone so that it doesn't ring when a person is already on the phone. (For instance, a person is on line 1, when a call comes in on line 2. How do we make it so that the phone doesn't ring?)

That would be a DSS key. Not sure if you can do that, what version is your system?

Thanks. The Camp-On Flag worked wonderfully. Anyone have any ideas on the DSS buttons?

Create a keymap with the buttons you need. You may be able to program individual phones with a station speed dial button, but I'm not sure if it will light when the line is in use. I've only used the Secondary Extension function.
