I need to make it so that on night mode the system gives an auto attendant but when the caller chooses an option in dumps them into a person's voicemail without the voicemail greeting. Is that possible?
Thanks

So the caller hears "press 1 or 2 or whatever" and it goes to a personal mailbox that during the day has a greeting? Or is this a non existing person and you want the caller to hear the beep and no greeting? will they hear a mailbox name? how will they know where they are or what they are supposed to do with know greeting? Will you tell them in the AA greeting "For Blah Blah press 1 or whatever"?

If a call goes to a MB it is going to either play the system greeting or a personal greeting one or the other. Now the user could record a short silence in lieu of their personal greeting but you could not trigger it to do that only in night mode; it would do that all the time.
