Hi
I've got an OS 7200 single cabinet with MP20 and v4.75 software. Combination of analogue and digital extensions (Econo keysets and 7 Buttons) The Telco lines are normal analogue lines.
When the client phones out they get wrong numbers. They do press the digits on the phone fast but there will be digits added to the back of the number dialled. If you look at the SMDR info you can see the digits.
I've replaced the cabinet and all the cards but the issue is still there.
Can anyone help?
Thanks
