With more and more customers choosing to install VoIP telephones at remote or home offices, we are getting more and more calls about quality issues on the IP telephones. More than likely this is related to the internet service provider. The customer may not have enough bandwidth to support the voice traffic and all the data traffic. But we don't really have any way to PROVE what the cause of the issue is. Does anyone have any suggestions for troubleshooting IP voice quality issues?

Panasonic has a VOIP test tool on the Tech Support site. Are you using VPN?
