I have a large IP Office. 154 phones for a City that I have installed. its an 8.1 all of a sudden when they hit the button to record a call, the speech file doesn't play to tell them a call is being recorded.. the correct box is checked in prefrences on the VM PRO,and I can play the speech file thru a telephone using editor.. it is just not coming on at the approprate time..

Any body Else?

Have rebooted everything several times.. There VM server and the system.. Just not working

Its weird

Also noticed that UnParking a call is different now too?

When you push a button with a parked call, it just goes right to it, they liked it before when it gave the caller ID and then had a button to "connect"???

That will teach you what happens when you upgrade. I would "downgrade" it back to (67) and leave it alone. Unless there is good reason to upgrade (like a feature you can't live without) the old addage "if it ain't broke don't fix it" applies to phone systems.
