This affects both inbound and outbound faxing. It is the same for both. The call is answered. The handshake is established. The call times out without transferring the image. After a PBX reboot, I can sometimes get one fax through. After that, they all fail. On a Multitech FaxFinder 240 IP, the error is "No page received". On an HP Officejet 6500 it reads as a communication error when receiving a fax. It lists "No printer found" when sending a fax to the PBX. So it appears the PBX is not transferring the image data.
Has anyone run into this before? PBX is a 5600 running Version 5. Onsite fax machines are the FaxFinder, HP M5035 and an OKI MC860.

Is this a PRI.
I have had Panasonic systems where Time slips would cause this on SLT ports, using PRI.

You nailed it. CS errors. Once the errors were fixed, the faxes came through with no issues (or at least no more than usual).
