Hello I'm trying to set up a CTX I'm trying to get the CO lines to delay ring the voicemail hunt group and can't figuer it out. On the older Toshibas you could delay ring the lines to the hunt group but I just can't find how to do that on the CTX. Help.......

Unlike the DK, you have to send the call somewhere in the DIT tab. When you ring that extension, huntgroup, or phantom, then the call will forward based on that extension's system call forwarding.
I like to use Multiple call groups and then assign all the extensions that should ring into the table. Other people like to use a phantom. If you DIT to a phantom then all the phone will ring based on the line keys. You don't have to put the phantom on every phone.
If you don't assign a VMID for the MCG or phantom then the call will go to the main greeting.
If you don't assign DIT to the lines, then the phones will ring indefinitely.

So I need to DIT to ext xxx then call forward no answer to voicemail? I thought of doing this but it seems like this is a work around. I'll do that if I have to but I think there's got to be another way to do it properly.

Ok I'll try again Am I correct in saying I will have to modify system timers for call forwarding as well.

There is one other way to control the forwarding of the phone lines, which is to assign an extension as the owner of the lines. Then the lines will follow the forwarding of that owner. This is pretty much the same thing as setting the DIT to an extension. It will go to the person voice mailbox of the owner and not the main greeting.
As far as system call forward timers, the Toshiba designers went with a One Size Fits All design. With all the timers in the system there is only 1 system timer that controls all the system cll forwarding.
If you needed the ringing loner for incoming calls there is a couple ways to manually set the ringing instead of using SCF.
If setting DIT to a Phantom DN, assign an owner and set manual call forwarding with the code #6031
If using a MCG, add the VM pilot in the table on a delay 2 and set the timer in that call group. There is an issue with this; when a second call comes in while the lines are still ringing, the second call goes directly to voicemail.

I ended up using a digital phone on an empty port and cfna to voicemail and unplugging it and tagging the port so no one uses it, this way no one messes with it. The call group didn't work well for me. Thanks guys...

Here's a trick that will solve many a problem...
Did you know you can call forward the MCG group?
You treat the MCG group just as if it were an extention, and do a remote code call forward. (Like #6032...)
