Does anyone on here have any experience using Valcom ip paging with samsung phone systems, I need some configuration help. Valcom, to say the least, has been unable to help.

I would guess it would connect as a sip extension to the system which you just dial and the valcom would do the rest.
*edit*
Quick google seach revealed they are just a sip paging unit. So just setup a sip extension and put the details into the valcom and away you go.
