Hi All, No one has ever replied to one of my posts before, so why not suprise me?
I have a Mitel 3300 which has worked fine with the Main DDI going to a phone which uses UCA operator to transfer the calls. If the extension doesn't answer then the call usually reroutes to the extensions voicemail. This morning an AA was added in using the embeddded voicemail. This uses an individual mailbox as a menu node (not the default VM location), and press 0 transfers the call out to the operator hunt group. However the operator has found that when she blind transfers a call, it does not follow the reroute to the users mailbox, but it ends up in the new AA.
What has happened here?
Thanks

Form 19. Program no answer point to where it's supposed to go instead of the AA. Also, make sure the phones are call fwd busy/no answer to their voice mail.

Thanks for the answer, however I dont know which form is 19. I have been working on the 3300 for 4 years now but have not seen the forms numbered.
The phones have a default call reroute No answer to Voicemail and as they use UCA most have setup rules in that to go to voicemail. It all used to work until we added in the AA.

Just to add that testing today has shown that a blind transfer to a busy extension results in being sent direct back to mailbox 5411, the AA mailbox that originally transfered me to the reception.

I have been guided by a friend to the issue. I was rerouting to the AA using a nametag huntgroup. This was causing the call to come back to the AA. Once the huntgroup type was set to 'Voice' the issue went away.

Is the lightware different in the UK?
Form 19 is the Rerouting table. For example, the unassigned DID answer point, or the default CO answer point, etc., including voicemail pilot are defined in form 19.
