I had to format my machine and reload Win 7. I installed eManager and started adding all the CIXs to my equipment list.

I can connect to any CIX via LAN, but nothing via WAN. I get the usual Could_not_connect_to_call_agent error.

100% positive I have the correct IP addresses, community names, etc. Windows Firewall is OFF.

This was working perfectly for every remote system before I reloaded Windows.

Any Ideas?

Are you able to ping any of the IP Addresses of the remote systems?

Are you on the same network you were before reformatting your machine? (ie. has the network, firewall, router, ISP, etc changed?)

The good news is that it looks like the NIC card is working.
The steps you can take next are to completely turn off the firewall on that PC and then try it.
Verify you can ping external addresses such as Google, Microsoft, etc..
then ping the external IP of the System you want to program. If you can ping then you should connect.
If you cant ping it then you are not reaching the host and you wont be able to connect.
Try taking it to another location and see if its the same.

After that try to reload eManager but run as an administrator.
Find the executable file and right click and run as Administrator and see if it works.
