Hey Guys Another peculiar issue I have just ran into is this. We have an OS-7200S that was running SW Version T4.70X (it was a special software to fix a memory issue we were having.) I went out there and upgraded all IP Phones onsite they have 5210's and 5243's with two 5264 Aom's. The buttons started not working on the AOM's. No lights no functioning. Power down did correct the problem. However yesterday I upgraded them to 4.82 and the system did not act right. phones and calls frozen mid sentence and then all IP Phones just froze. I reset and it came back up. I then downgraded them to 4.75 and system seems fine but the Aom's are still acting up no lights then some lights. Very frustrated. The AOM's are plugged into the IP Phones and I have swapped them to see if it was a connection issue!!! HELP

This is from Samsung Tech Support
We found this issue with certain networks and have this software to solve a issue with the AOM lights disappearing.
As you know, port scan tool (Packet Trap) was run at the customer site, this tool scans 39 ports of AOM. When this tool scans HTTP port (8080), AOM LED issue occurs. No issue occurs for other 38 ports. R&D engineers could reproduce the exactly same issue using other port scan tools such as NMAP and IPScanner.
