I have a TVS120 that when you try to record a greeting it comes out like you are under water. I thought it might be just for the greetings but one of the voice mail recipients said anyone trying to leave a message for him comes out the same way which I verified. Is the unit shot or is there a fix?

Thanks for the reply. Does the TVA50 work with the KXT 1232? They basically use the AA/VM for auto attendant. There are only four or five voice mail boxes that are in use. Any reputable dealers for this unit?
