Just inherited an Active Voice Reception. Is there software for this or can I get into it via Hyper Terminal? Having a problem wih message lights and would like to reroute some prompts. I managed to do some things via the phone prompts but I can't seem to get further. It is on a Paasonic DBS which I usually ue an Aleen with.

I haven't been checking this site for a while so forgive me for not responding. Thank you for your reply. The customer hasn't called back so they either are living with the problem or they are on a limited budget (a small Christian school) even though my rates are low. Are there any particular passwords or is it an instant connect?

There is a password. It's the same as an active-voice Repartee. Can't tell you what it is in the open forum.
