I have an employee who is no longer with the company. He has saved 44 voice mails and recordings on his phone dating back to last year. I have attempted to use Unified Messaging version 2.221 to retrieve these and to save them as .wav files. However, I can only seem to download the most recent 22 emails. Is there a way to re-save all the emails so that they will all download?

Forward all of his saved messages to another MB with UM. This will cause all of the messages to appear as new and you should be able to download them.
