Looking for a little help on the programming of DID. I have a customer that another company walked away from. I found that they had a couple ports on one of the modules that were dead. I have moved the locals to new ports and programmed the locals but I can not get the two DID numbers to work on the locals since I changed the ports. I have gone into the DID programming but cannot find the correct areas to make the changes. Does the DID programming follow the ports or the locals?

What do you mean "locals"
Are you talking Telephones? Make sure Set Relocation is ON before relocating Telephones

Are you talking about the difference between local CO lines and analog DID trunks? If so, there is no swapping of ports - DID trunks will not work on local CO line ports

Thanks guys, was able to go through the programming and bits of papers laying around. Found what lines all of the DID numbers where programmed to so I was able to make each appear and ring on the sets.
