customers system has " major alarm" on Display.
I am here now. i have powered down and back up no changes.

Could be lose of Data base. Try reprogramming. And see if that helps

Could it be time to upgrade? the GMX IMX 256 was only discontinued 17 years ago.

And the system that replaced it (Axxess) was discontinued. And the system that replaced the Axxess (CS-5200) was discontinued. Time marches on, doesn't it?

The 5000 is still available but Mitel has rebranded it the MiVoice Office 250.

The CS-5200 was replaced by the HX-5000, or whatever Mitel is calling it this week.

Mitel MiVoice Office 250 just rolls right of the tongue...hehe.
AASTRA's 5000 product is the Mitel MiVoice Office 5000 which scales to thousands of ports.
