Greetings, I have a BCM that says it's 3.7 however the logins are the older logins. The trouble is occasionally callers hit 1 in AA and get the that is an invalid selection I have not been able to duplicate it and it's a small acd call center. I rebooted the system same problem so I'm told they have 12 PCID's and the system is fed by two Pri's. I do know they were having other problems about a year ago and the previous vendor backed up and replaced the hard drive and restored the programming. From EM I can get into maintenance but not the configuration. I'm considering documenting all the programming by hand and upgrading to 4.0 and restoring the keycodes for some reason I think the system was 1.7 before the hard drive was replaced. Any other opinions would be welcome. They are also using the ACD call center reporting software that is Nortel branded I'm hoping an upgrade won't impact it's functionality. TIA, John

-Are the patches up to date?
-There is no EM on 3.7, you need to use the web browser to get into programming.
-Also there was no 1.7
Sounds like a tough issue to troubleshoot. How many complaints and who and if mobile users etc.
If it just 1 then maybe the Callpilot is glitched where a reinstall of voice mail usually helps.
Good luck on this one.
