Greetings I have an IPO release 9.0 with Nortel T7316 Sets. When calls are put on hold then retrieved there's a 1 to 1.5 second delay before talk path is re-established, I'm told this is normal, is it really? Thanks, John

Thank You. What I find odd is that if I make a change or do a merge the issue resolves for a few minutes. The two biggest complaints I get from clients going from Nortel Norstar or BCM to IPO is after they listen to a voice mail message they hear the while listening to a message do whatever and by the time it gets to that point the options are not viable. The second is if they call a busy station in the Nortel world they saw on another call on the phone screen now it just rings until answered by voice mail. The IPO as a key system just seems to be really really limited compared to the feature sets that were available in ACS. Some of the things like the order you could set to pick outgoing lines on the set level, line ownership for voice mail and some other stuff. Maybe it's just I haven't figured out all the tricks to get it to do those things. John
