An existing client of ours add on to their current system and now need to change from the original 3 digit number plan to a 4 digit plan. I have no issues doing that in the PBX. My questions is related to the voicemail. Is there anyway to change the mailbox number and extension for each mailbox or is the only way to delete all the mailboxes and recreate them? BTW, this is a TDE200 with a TVA200 and all hardware is at the most recent software/firmware versions.

You can renumber the extension numbers in the vm mailbox to 4 digit,(allowing extension in system parameters, max extension 4 digits) but the mailbox number would remain the same 3 digit digits as before.
It would be easier to delete the mailbox and do a quick setup to make the mailboxes again
