Has anybody installed an GCD-SVR2 on an SV9100 yet. I an trying to install one with UC Suite and Contact Center and was wondering if anyone has any installation info. I see there is some stuff on the ntac site but limited. Do you have to get the software and load it? Trying to see how to get the client loaded on pc's also. On the 8100 blade you Web into the blade but I can't get it. I see there are 2 ethernet ports also. Do I configure both? One for UC and one for ACD MIS? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

We don't use the blade we use external server. Getting into the blade seems pretty easy though XXX.XXX.XXX.XXXX:8080/ucsuite etc.

I can get into the Blade but I am looking on how to setup Contact Center. It is different than the In/ACD setup that is on the 8100. I can't find any info on it. Nothing on NTAC or NECAM.

SV9100 UC Suite manual is on ntac site. All configuration is done in the SV9100 and in the client SW. Get the manual and there are step by step instructions...

I just wonder if works this blade for Desktop suite, because I have a client which is using only Mac, and I can not install an external server.
