I have a CallPilot in a BCM50 that was on DN 334. The DN was "disabled" and then "enabled" but the CallPilot does not come back in service
On the Service Manager Log it continues to give error codes (10008, 10110, 10109, 10102, 10010, 10009, 10002) that are listed as "critical"
When viewing the voicemail software it shows that it is "enabled: but "stopped" as apposed to "running" like the other software in that window.
The BCM50 is R300 and the voicemail is of a similar vintage.
The DN 334 is an application DN and probably should not have been disabled but..... that was the work around that was developed at the time.
I have tried to "Launch CallPilot" from the Element Manager but with no luck. As well have gone to the software and highlighted the voicemail software and tried to "Start" the process from there; once again ...... no luck.
Can anyone suggest what the problem might be, and of course, how to cure the issue, getting the unit back to full operational standing.
There is a Backup/Restore option in Element Manager and was wondering if that could be an option.
Greatly appreciate some assistance with this matter.

Hate to say it, but . . . have you restarted?

try feature xftest delete all inactive codes power down wait 30 sec and re power up

could be the hard drive.
