Anyone know of any good product to extend an analog phone extension between 2 buildings? Trying to find a way to get a line into a pool building that is about 250' from the closest building with cable without digging up the parking lot.
Thanks and Happy New Year.

One way would be to install a point to point backhaul wireless LAN then use some MultiTech IP to analog converters. We did this a few months ago, works good.
Or you could use the Engenuis analog cordless phones with external antenna.

Either would work.

We have used the Engenius in all sorts of situations from coal mines to steel mills and those phones work every time. 250 feet is a walk in the park for the Engenius.

I have used the Engenius phones before but I am hesitant to use an expensive phone in a motel swimming pool environment. I'm afraid that it would disappear.

I have used Ubiquiti wireless bridge and 2 x cisco/Linksys spa3202 to get a slt across buildings.

if they already have network in the building you can just use the cisco spa3202 units

they can be setup so when you lift handset in remote building it will get system extension dial tone

You could offer them network on the same bridge if they don't have it already

If this is for an emergency pool phone, you might want to check local codes.

I would second this, code for emergency pool phones can be pretty specific.
