Backup data and reinstall the OS. Which AV program are you using? Highly recommend Webroot, Kaspersky, or Trend. Some decent free ones out there, but you get what you pay for.

Well we're working again. Tried everything mentioned here and a few more. Came close to getting rid of the SOB but, in the end we couldn't.
Cleaned out the drive, reloaded Windows (and everything else! ) and we're back in business.
What a pain! If you find this thing on your machine prepare yourselves.

I'm a big fan of Combofix...it cleared up several nasty viruses for me at my previous job.
